Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with a well-equipped kitchen. However, sharing a bathroom near the reception can be a drawback. The service is exceptionally warm and helpful, going above and beyond for guests. The location provides easy access to the Santa Claus attractions but suffers from light pollution for northern lights viewing.
I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay! The rooms are well-equipped and spotlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable experience. The staff members were extremely friendly and always ready to assist. Although the location is ideal, close to the Santa Claus Holiday Village, some minor issues could be addressed. The dining options were a bit hit or miss, with room for improvement.
I couldn't have asked for a better location; nestled at the back-end, we enjoyed peace and quiet without disturbances from other guests or traffic. The views of the forest and passing reindeer sleighs were simply magical, just as beautiful as depicted in the photos. The sauna, jacuzzi, and glass windows for stargazing were definite highlights. However, it was a minor inconvenience not to have a bathroom in the room and no option to store luggage inside.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms, although a bit close to each other, had a unique decoration and provided a quiet atmosphere away from disturbances. The location, right by the Santa Claus Village, was convenient, but could have been easier to find with a shuttle service. The dining experience was good, with room for improvement in the breakfast choices. Overall, a cozy and peaceful stay with some minor areas for enhancement.
The hotel offers excellent rooms with a nice sauna addition and good breakfast options, although lacking private bathrooms and luggage storage inside the rooms. The shared bathrooms near the reception were convenient. The view and facilities were top-notch, enhancing the overall stay.
I had a marvelous time at the hotel. The rooms were stunning, equipped with comfy sofas and even a sauna and outdoor jacuzzi that was pure bliss in the freezing cold. The service was top-notch, with incredibly kind and helpful staff. The location was perfect for peace and stargazing but a bit tricky for catching the northern lights due to light pollution. Dining was a treat with delicious options, though limited. A superb experience overall!
Navigating around the hotel might be a challenge with many guests and suitcases, but the rooms are filled with authentic Finnish design elements, spacious, clean, and offer an amazing sky view. The private sauna and outdoor hot tub are definite highlights.
